How to shop our catalogue and use the shopping cart

You will find navigational links on each of our website pages.
Shopping Cart
- To purchase a product, enter the quantity you want, then choose the material you want (regular vinyl or reflective vinyl) and click the "Buy Me" or "Order Now" button.
- Your shopping cart will keep a record and compute your purchases.
- After clicking on the "Buy me" or "Order Now" button, you will have the option to check out or continue shopping, just click on the appropriate button.
- DO NOT use the "back button" to continue shopping. Use the "continue shopping" button.
- You can review/remove/add to your shopping cart any time.
- After making changes to the items in your shopping cart, please remember to click on the "recalculate" button.
Shipping Info
- Please enter both your billing and shipping information and do not forget your contact phone number and email address.
- If applicable, shipping & handling is computed automatically using the formula listed here : Shipping Info
Payment and Secure Information
We no longer do credit card processing and will only accept payments through:
- PayPal. It will likely require you to have a PayPal Account
- Interac E-Transfer (Canada Only), please email the order total to info.millerconcepts@gmail.com
How to Pay for your purchase using your PayPal Account
When you chose to pay with your PayPal account during check out, a new page comes up. This is the PayPal login page. Please note the padlock on your browser to indicate secure page
Once this section is done, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
How to Send Money using Interac E-transfer
Interac E-Transfer is a secure way of sending money/payment using email addresses and phone numbers. Most banks offer this service for free.
Once you choose to pay by Interac E-Transfer, you will receive an order confirmation email, with a shortened version on how to pay by Interac E-transfer.
At this point, your purchase is not paid for yet. You will need to do the following steps to finalize your order.
To send money for your purchase, here is what you need and the steps to do it:
- First, you and the recipient (in this case, Miller Concepts) need to have your own active email address (this also works for phone #s). Our email address that you use to send your order amount to is: info.millerconcepts@gmail.com
- Log into your online or mobile banking app and select the account (to take the funds from)
- Choose or add your recipient's email or mobile number. (In this case, info.millerconcepts@gmail.com)
- Enter the amount and a security question (Please note there is no need for the security question as our email address is registered for Interac e-TransferŽ Autodeposit).
- And that's it. It takes from a few minutes to a few hours before the money transfer is completed.

PCI Compliant
We are PCI Compliant.
We do not store nor process your credit card info. This is done through PayPal, both PCI compliant service providers.
Emails and notifications
- After you place your order, our shopping cart will email you a confirmation of your order. At the same time, we get notification of your order which we try to fill at the soonest possible time.
- If for instance, you don't receive this email confirmation, please check to see if your email account has been set to filter our email as junk mail, or in some cases, not to receive the email at all.
